Nexeo is currently hiring an experienced Soldering Technician. The ideal candidate will have advanced soldering skills and IPC certification.

Position starts IMMEDIATELY - Day shift available!

Responsibilities

• Skillfully rework wiring on small components and solder wires accurately into place, demonstrating expertise in hand-soldering techniques for 201 components and 30-gauge wire.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail while working on prototypes, ensuring that all assembly tasks meet stringent quality standards and technical specifications.

• Adhere to comprehensive verbal or written instructions that outline a detailed sequence of assembly operations, ensuring that each step is executed with precision and in the correct order. 

• Flexibly take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned, contributing positively to team objectives and demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering technician experience.

• Must have IPC certification or other soldering certifications.

• Must have good reading comprehension and handwriting skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. throughout shift.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.

Pay

$20.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm
