Responsibilities 

• Work in a production cell team environment with other team members and personnel.
• Safely operate production machinery according to company safety standards and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Move supplies in production cells weighing up to 30 pounds repeatedly.
• Perform small part assembly on the production line with close attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and follow specific process instructions and safety rules.
• Manage equipment and material loading and unloading for production processes.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months of production experience in machine operations preferred but not required.
• Must pass a drug test and background check prior to training.
• Willingness and ability to work 6 days per week and up to 8-12 hour shifts with consistent overtime.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment working with both hands simultaneously.
• Proficiency in reading instruction sheets or monitors and following directions for company standards.
• Must be able to pass a Dexterity Test, repeatedly lift and move 30-pound boxes, and stand for the duration of the shift (up to 8-12 hours).

Pay 

$21.06 Per Hour

Schedule 

Swing Shift I 1:45pm - 10:00pm I Monday – Friday | Overtime As Needed

Grave Shift I 9:45pm - 6:00am I Monday – Friday | Overtime As Needed
