Nexeo HR is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Production Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our production department, you'll be tasked with ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving prowess, and a proactive approach to maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on production machinery to uphold optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, swiftly implementing effective solutions to maintain uninterrupted production flow.

• Execute preventive maintenance procedures according to established schedules to preemptively address potential equipment failures and enhance longevity.

• Collaborate closely with production personnel to prioritize maintenance tasks, scheduling downtime strategically to minimize disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven track record with at least 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude in diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system malfunctions.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical problems, devise innovative solutions, and implement them efficiently.

• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in performing maintenance tasks and accurately documenting maintenance activities.

• Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across departments.

• Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.

Pay

$20.00 Per Hour

7:00am – 3:00pm | Monday – Friday
