Position: Laundry Service Technician

Location: Texas Masonic Retirement Community 

Schedule: FT Days 4 (10 hour shifts)

Hours: 7a-530pm

Position Summary: The Laundry Services Technician cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction. Launders, folds and delivers residents personal laundry, facility linens, etc. Works 4 days on for 10 hours, 4 days off rotation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Essential Functions:

• Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including complying with OSHA, state/local, federal, and XENDELLA regulations
• Maintains a clean and orderly environment to protect the safety and health of others
• Properly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment
• Cleans assigned areas to XENDELLA and client standards and requirements
• Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
• Reports maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
• Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensures security of company/client assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Dependable and excellent customer service skills
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

Previous experience is helpful but not required

• Weekly - Direct Deposit
