Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Clinicians have the opportunity to earn bonus every paycheck, up to earning $13,000 in bonuses a year.

-Become trained in SBT during orientation and qualify for a level 1 credential in SBT.

-Consultation/mentor meetings with the Corporate Director of ABA, who has been in the ABA field for 11 years. 

The Role

  • Provide initial consultation to new families in order to set up ABA programs
  • Develop and supervise client skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, to include training and supervision of staff
  • Provide training, education, coaching and behavioral consultation to parents/caregivers
  • Provide initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs using standardized assessment tools such as ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP, Denver Early Start
  • Write and oversee behavior intervention plans within child's home and/or school
  • Collaborate with Corporate Director of ABA on treatment plan development and implementation oversight
  • Advocate for parents regarding community resources and with school districts
  • Recognize barriers and family dynamic variables, and problem-solve to meet the client's needs
  • Provide quality and timely documentation
  • Provide skills based treatment- will be trained if not already practicing.
  • Meet minimum billable hours per pay period.
