New Vista Health and Wellness is currently seeking an AR Supervisor to supervise and support Accounts Receivable functions at our Inpatient Behavioral Health and Substance Use Disorder facilities. This is a salaried position with bonus potential.

Estimated Salary Range: $47k - $55k/annually (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable data ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Perform daily billing operations through Medik & Waystar to include OP charge entry, Claims & EDI Wizard, and clearinghouse & payer rejections.
• Work as a liaison between NewVista CBO and facility intake for education on VOB errors.
• Keep updated on all billing and benefit changes for insurance payers.
• Complete month end close by the 5th business day of the month and correct any inaccuracies prior to the close.
• Perform weekly cash and census reconciliation for each NewVista facility.
• Work as a liaison between NewVista and payers to determine billing and reimbursement inconsistencies. Effectively communicate with CBO staff, medical facility staff, patients, and/or insurance payers as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 1 year supervisory experience
• At least 2 years healthcare accounts receivable experience. Experience should include coding, billing, follow up, and/or payment posting.
• At least 1 year experience with denials & appeal writing
• Mental health experience preferred
