As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating construction management activities, supervising field personnel, and ensuring the successful completion of our projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who shares our conviction to redefine the very concept of community.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing construction management and supervising field personnel.
  • Reviewing and understanding project plans, specifications, and building schedules.
  • Maintaining communication with the Regional Construction Manager and COO regarding project status.
  • Arranging timely delivery of materials and managing manpower and equipment requirements.
  • Directing field personnel and trade contractors to achieve project completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Scheduling required inspections and ensuring adherence to safety practices.
  • Maintaining good relations with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Promoting a positive company image and upholding the company's safety policy.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project supervision ( 5 years).
  • Previous experience in construction management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project plans, specifications, and building schedules.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Commitment to promoting and adhering to construction safety practices.
  • Quick, sharp, assertive, and professionally competent.
  • Thorough, accurate, and precise in project management.
  • Cool, reserved, and logical in communication.
  • Capable of analytical and creative thinking.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to achieving goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Full Time.
  • Salary at $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
