Newport Smile Studio is Hiring a Dental Front Desk Receptionist Near Newport, CA

About us

At Newport Smile Studio, we believe in delivering top-notch dental care with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction. Our state-of-the-art facility in beautiful Newport Beach provides a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Handle billing and insurance claims
  • Participate in presenting treatment cases to patients
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records
  • Coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred
  • DA license who can do back and front is a plus
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
