Night Auditor- Weekends Flex

Location: SpringHill Suites Centreville, 5920 Trinity Pkwy, Centreville, VA, 20120

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team on weekends at the SpringHill Suites Centreville location. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all end-of-day accounting functions including posting daily room rates and room tax
• Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by balancing departmental income
• Run all computer reports necessary for the shift
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with Marriott
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
