- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand

- Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized according to food safety standards

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including emptying trash bins and keeping floors dry

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of dishes during busy periods

- Help with banquet or catering events by setting up tables, arranging chairs, and assisting with food service as needed

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred

- Basic knowledge of culinary practices and food handling procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as required
