Job Description:
- Coordinate execution of contract documents, input data in the Procurement Development Application (PDA) system,
- posts advertisements and updates system when necessary,
- Posts Selection results in PDA,
- Data entry into the Consultant Invoice Transmittal System,
- Enters documents on the File Transfer Protocol site.
- Procurement Development Application, Consultant Invoice Transmittal System, DocuSign.
Skills required:
- Detail-oriented, can work alone with training.
Work hours:
- Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
- CLP: 30 mins
