Job Description:

• Answer telephone inquiries on the Division's automated Contact Center
• Assist customers inquiries regarding Business tax/employer registry, public business filings and records, Notaries Public, Business Records, Apostilles, and other programs administered by DORES
• Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses.
• Put aside those that require higher level changes.
• Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system.
• Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities

Work hours:

• 37.5 hours a week
• 1/2-hour lunch (unpaid)
