YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Water Treatment Office Assistant - Customer Service Rep, your typical work schedule will be full-time or part-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Your day will be a refreshing mix of assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring that customer requests and inquiries are addressed with lightning speed. You'll also be the captain of our office ship, managing phone calls, dispatching technicians, and making sure our customers feel like they're on cloud nine!

QUALIFICATIONS
