Job Title : Bilingual Payroll Processor

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Payroll Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle multiple staffing clients, each with unique requirements, while providing exceptional service.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage payroll processing for various clients, including taking employee phone calls in Spanish.

Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll for multiple staffing clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle employee inquiries and concerns over the phone in Spanish, providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with clients regarding meal waivers, billing late fees, timesheets, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements for each client's payroll processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements :

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in payroll processing or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and multitask effectively.
  • Patience and professionalism when dealing with clients and employees.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal requirements and regulations.
