Key Responsibilities:

• Apartment Turnovers
• Maintenance Repairs
• Preventative Maintenance
• Inspections
• Vendor Coordination
• Resident Relations
• After-hours emergency response/coordination 

Qualifications:

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Handyman and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

 Competitive pay range starting at $22/hour, based on skill level.
