Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience that includes a strong knowledge of construction, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Must possess or be able to obtain a CPO license (at company expense)
• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and computer skills required
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
Competitive pay range starting at $68,000-$72,000, based on skill level.
