We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance to a team of dental assistants, dental hygienists and dentists . This position will be the link between the dental clinics and the administartive office and will also offer support to the office managers. It will mainly take place at the Auburn Hills, MI location with routine visits to all the other 4 dental offices or as directed by the Chief Operations Officer.

The typical duties and responsibilities of this position are:

• Quick problem solving all issues that come your way.
• Coordinate doctors and staff members scheduling as needed
• Monitor the production and labor costs of all offices
• Develop and implement new protocols
• Working on new projects for upcoming locations
• Employment and staffing solution
• Conducting interviews
• Has prior work experience in practice management
• Experience in dental clinical areas and/or RDH
• Positive, professional and willing attitude

Experience:

• RDH: 5 years (Very favorable)
• Dental Office Management: Minimum 3 years (Required)
• Dental Assisting/Chairside Assisting: Minimum 1 year (Favorable)
• Dental Treatment Coordinator: Minimum 1 year (very favorable)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
