Job Brief

NYTPS Inc. is looking for a part time BCBA/LBA for a 2 hours per week case in Bellerose Queens. The family is in need of 2 hour supervision by a BCBA. Parents wants the provider to do in-person sessions to start and then is ok to eventually switch to virtual.

Duties Include:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to service providers
• Monitor and update behavior intervention plans as necessary
• Collaborate with families, service providers and others to develop or update behavior plans
• Review and analyze data to evaluate effectiveness of behavior plan
• Document and review sessions with supervisee

Position requirements:

• Must be a New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst(NY-LBA)
• Must be able to work in the NYC metro area choice in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan
• Must be physically present at the assigned job location, including homes, schools, and community placements
• Must be willing and able to travel between different job sites
• Competent in behavior management, skill instruction, oral and written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
