Qualifications

• Physical Therapy License in NY (active physical therapist)
• Compassionate and comfortable working with geriatric and / or pediatric populations
• New-grad physical therapists are welcome! We offer a VERY strong and structured mentorship program - make sure to inquire about this!

Additional Information

• We work with Medicare - eligible geriatric patients.
• We also work in pediatrics via OPWDD program
• Physical Therapists can choose to accept geriatric and pediatric patients on a case-by-case basis.

• Timely submission of documentation using our chosen EMR, WebPT
• Good communication between the front desk and therapists is very important. We use text / email for most communication
