The Mobile Mental Health Team (MMHT) provides crisis intervention to individuals who are experiencing a mental, emotional, or situational crisis. Position requires ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Additionally, team members will provide wellness visits, counseling, assessment and education to individuals, families and a network of community providers relevant to our target population. Clinical knowledge and experience needed to care for the mentally ill client in a community setting.

Must be available to work after hours ; on call duty required. Individuals receive monetary compensation for standby on call. *

Minimum Qualification for Licensed Master Social Worker position--possession of a license and current registration as a licensed master social worker in New York State.
