Responsibilities:
- Take accurate orders from guests when they call in and enter the order into the POS system
- Show the guests their food and ensure order accuracy and quality
- Maintain a working knowledge of food and drink menu items, promotions, ingredients, and delivery times
- Communication with the guest and management if any issues arise
- Collect payments from the guests and provide change in a timely and courteous manner
- Must be at least 18 years old and have 2 years of licensed driving experience
- A clear MVR for the past 3 years
- A reliable form of transportation, a current license, and up to date insurance
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry delivery bags for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently and stay organized during multiple deliveries
