GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION – OFFICE MANAGER
New York Health Care Inc., a licensed home care agency now in our 40th year of business is seeking a full time Office Manager for immediate hire in our corporate office located in Valley Stream, NY. This is a full time in-office position with opportunity for growth.
This position will handle the day to day administrative duties for our fast paced and expanding corporate office. This office includes personnel from our Intake, Finance, Payroll, Marketing, and Coordination Teams as well as senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to senior management
· Interface and support various departments within the corporate office
· Act as liaison to various branch offices
· Order/maintain supplies and marketing materials
· Act as point person for building management
· Assist with planning and executing company events
· Assist with preparation of time and attendance/payroll
· Assist with general HR duties such as unemployment claims, employment verifications, disability claim processing, wage garnishments etc.
· Act as liaison and point of contact for credentialing certifications such as workers’ compensation, disability and general insurance.
