Annual Salary & Requirements

Level I-$91,314

• Doctoral degree (e.g., PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Psychology from an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program, accepted by the NYSED. 2. Valid limited permit to practice as a Psychologist issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED). 3. Valid license and current registration to practice as a psychologist issued by the NYSED must be obtained within two (2) years of appointment to title.

Level II-$104,909

• Valid license and current registration to practice as a psychologist issued by the NYSED; or
• Proof of passing licensing examination and proof that completed license application and all supporting documentation have been submitted to NYSED, which leads to licensure and registration, within six (6) months.

Level III-$118,293

• Valid license and current registration to practice as a psychologist issued by the NYSED.
• And Two (2) years of post-licensure experience, one (1) year of which must have been post-licensure supervisory experience; or three (3) years of post-licensure experience; and 3. Completion of the NYC Health Hospitals Supervisory training within three (3) months of appointment

Additional Compensation:

In addition to base compensation you will receive $4,855 annually if you are currently registered and possess a New York State license to practice as a psychologist.ation.
