Compensation: 55-60K base salary incentive plan
Location: Hybrid / Remote On-Site (Austin, TX)

JOB OVERVIEW
The Event Sales Manager is responsible for effectively prospecting, securing, and executing group and private events for New Waterloo. The Event Sales Manager must possess excellent communication and organizational skills as well as an understanding of New Waterloo culture.
What you'll do:
- New business development and community engagement
- Account management & retention
- Convert incoming leads
- Host site visits to potential and existing clients
- Build proposals, banquet event orders, and other necessary reports
- Create contracts and collect initial deposits to secure events
- Work with onsite F&B team to coordinate food orders for events
- Review upcoming BEO's to ensure all final details are collected (menu, timeline, sign instructions, etc)
- Keep an accurate sales pipeline
- Manage all deposit and billing schedules including collecting final payments for post-event charges where applicable
- Conduct monthly audits with accounting for accuracy
- Work with the Brand Manager to assist with community events and marketing campaigns
