New Vitalis Pharmacy is excited to announce that we are an experienced Pharmacy Technician in the Louisville, KY area for a closed door compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy is a fulfillment center to support the fastest growing medical group in the region. New Vitalis offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and a performance bonus structure.

Duties will include:

• Compound safe and effective medications.
• Receive written prescription or refill requests and verify that information is complete and accurate.
• Maintain proper storage and security conditions for pharmaceuticals.
• Answer telephones, respond to questions or requests.
• Calibrate, document, clean and maintain all equipment
• Maintain profiles, including lists of medications.
• Order, label and count stock of medications, chemicals, and supplies, and enter inventory data into computer.

Experience in compounding is required/preferred. Knowledge of using PioneerRX pharmacy software is a plus.

NO HOLIDAYS / NO WEEKENDS ( 40 hour week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
