New Vision Youth Services, Inc. a nonprofit organization serving disconnected and homeless youth and young adults. The primary focus for this role will be to manage the successful implementation and the development of programs.

This position entails responsibility for the direct service operation of the organization. All operations will include training and screening adult volunteers, one on one with at-risk youth; interviewing and screening youth; providing and implementing a community-based program; implementing targeted services and programs and managing other programs.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and database records on organization process and procedures, clients, and mentors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.75 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
