Job Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in medical reception or a similar role.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information to callers and schedule appointments as necessary
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution
- Assisting on all HHA exchange issues
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong customer support skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with front desk operations and office management procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
