About us
The Dade Christian School, a ministry of New Testament Baptist Church, is dedicated to providing a Christ-Centered education to students in grades 2K-12th.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer (un-armed) to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our students and employees. Your primary role will be to monitor surveillance cameras, enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises, and respond to any security incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Valid security certificate/license (preferred)
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult or confrontational individuals
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred
