Our team is seeking an Operations Assistant to answer calls and provide support for our operations team. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. The Operations Assistant will be a part of the daily tracking shipment, import and export, helping to create and manage from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipment arrangements and logistics needs.
• Input data for import, export and other operation
• Track and update daily shipment status to the customers.
• File, organize and maintain all necessary documents
• Assist with processing payments to vendors; ensuring that proper procedures are followed.
• Work in a team-based environment under tight deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Korean

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
