New Realm Brewing is Hiring a Virginia Beach Packaging Technician Near Virginia, VA
We are looking for a full-time, hourly Packaging Technician with the opportunity for OT, in our Virginia Beach production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with brewery packaging experience, especially with automated processing equipment, to advance their career and knowledge in a rapidly growing company based on our Step Wage program to demonstrate transparency in compensation while also offering a path forward for upward mobility.

- Operation of High-Speed 21 Head KHS Canning Line
- Operation of Auxiliary Packaging Machinery (De-palletizer, Date Coder, Labeler, Cartoner, Pak-Tech, Tray Packer, Palletizer)
- Operation of KHS Keg Line
- CIP/SIP of Brewery Packaging Machinery
- COP of Parts & Brewery Equipment
- Maintain Strict Cleaning & Organizational Standards
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of experience working in a brewery environment
- An understanding of the physical requirements a manufacturing position demand
- Strong, self-motivated work ethic
- Work/Stand 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to work on rotating set shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Safety minded
- Respect for others in a team environment
- Observe & adapt, critical thinking skills
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Willingness to aid outside your “lane” for the benefit of the team
- General mechanical aptitude
- Forklift & scissor-lift experience preferred
- Brewing diploma/certificate preferred
