New Ravenna is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Virginia, VA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Dealer Support staff. This position requires strong administrative and clerical skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the dealer support staff, clients and management team
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage and organize files, both physical and electronic
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
