As our Beverage Standards Manager, you are a protector of the realm. This individual will assist in the national operations of the beverage program. This is a Denver based position, that will require frequent travel 2 out of every 4 weeks. When not travelling, this individual will work out of the corporate office or our Denver location.

What you’ll be doing:Assisting the National Beverage Director in managing the national beverage program
- Oversight of store level bar managers on the following Beverage Program Standards
- Personnel standards – Abundant Hospitality, adherence to training program, staffing pars
- Execution of beverage menu and beverage prep
- Maintenance of beverage program equipment
- Beverage related accounting practices
- Training and development of bar managers and bartenders
- Leading new restaurant openings and /or new implementations for the beverage program by utilizing the beverage departments critical path, and managing beverage department trainers
- Research and development
- Store visits on a frequent basis
- Miscellaneous responsibilities for the beverage program
Qualifications:3 years bar management experience
- New restaurant opening and training experience
- Experience in high volume environments
- Beverage specialist background with extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, local and specialty beers
- Experience overseeing 30 employees
- Understanding of restaurant P&L and pour cost best practices
- Passion for the integrity of product, from production process to final execution
- Ability to manage controllable line items, analyze and provide input on cost saving measures, proper execution, and efficient output
