Job Description: New Outlook Counseling is seeking a mental health therapists to join our team. We provide outpatient therapy to adults, individually as well as couples. We are looking for a mental health therapist to provide mental health counseling to individuals and/or couples.

Locations: New Outlook Counseling is located at 610 J St, Ste 220, Lincoln, NE 68508. We currently offer in person and teletherapy services.

Duties: This position requires experience conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, providing ongoing mental health therapy, completing all required documentation in a timely manner, and collaborating with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.

Qualifications: Must be licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or working toward licensure as a Provisional Licensed Mental Health Practitioner.

Pay: $65-80 depending on licensure and experience

Benefits: This is a flexible position in which therapists are able to set their own hours. Therapists may grow their caseload as they go (full time caseload is between 20-25 clients) and can choose whether to work full or part time. New Outlook Counseling provides credentialing, EHR, billing, teletherapy platform, internet presence, clinic marketing and advertising and supervision to non-licensed clinicians.
