Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Create unique and innovative cocktail recipes
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a mixologist or bartender in a restaurant, banquet, catering, or retail setting
- Strong knowledge of basic math and retail math principles for accurate measurement and pricing of drinks
- Familiarity with different types of alcohol, brewing techniques, and food handling practices
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to create visually appealing drink presentations
