Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Manager / Bar Tender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, wine, a strong understanding of beverage management, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, beverage ordering, wine and cocktail menu, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Develop and maintain a high-quality beverage menu, featuring a selection of premium spirits, wines, and cocktails.
• Great customer service skills.
• Create innovative and seasonal cocktail offerings, while also ensuring consistency in drink preparation.
• Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold the club's standards of excellence.
• Monitor and manage bar costs, including controlling pour sizes, minimizing waste, and optimizing pricing strategies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, while also managing end-of-day reconciliation procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff members.
• Maintain compliance with all local regulations regarding alcohol service and safety standards.
• Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments within the club to coordinate special events, promotions, and other initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end bar or hospitality establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, as well as the ability to create and execute innovative drink recipes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to alcohol service and safety.
• TIPS or similar certification is preferred.
• Experienced with private events from 10 to 300 guests.
