Full-Time, Non-Union, Non-Exempt Position
$20.00 per hour, 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
BASIC FUNCTION OF FATHERHOOD COORDINATOR:
To recruit fathers/non-custodial fathers and provide support to them in building healthy relationships with their families and achieving their goals for economic independence. Increase in awareness of how substance misuse impacts fathers and families. Partner with mental health and addiction service organizations to implement evidence-based prevention strategies that can benefit fathers and their families.

REQUIREMENTS OF FATHERHOOD COORDINATOR:
Education:
Associates Degree in Human Services or related field. Similar combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience:
(Associate's) 2 to 4 years of social services and/or working with families to strengthen relationships and resolve conflicts. Experience working with individuals with substance misuse problems and related harmful behaviors a plus.
Job Skills:
Licenses /certifications:
CT Drivers License and access to privately maintained vehicle
