New Life Group NJ LLC is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Hamilton, NJ

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and their families.

Duties:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans, making adjustments as needed
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Provide training and support to caregivers, teachers, and other professionals working with clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:
- Must hold a current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation procedures

Pay: $85,607.26 - $103,096.91 per year
