We value in-person collaboration and offer a hybrid work environment. Hybrid employees work in the office at least two out of every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and are free to work from the office or from home on other days.
Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Track lead time performance within the Development Engineering team on specific metrics and goals;
  • Attend weekly project meetings as a source of information-gathering to effectively maintain project schedules, and communicate needs to the project team;
  • Maintain data accuracy by performing project administrative tasks within our Smartsheet and Salesforce platforms;
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to allow the Engineering team and Development team a visual into the work being performed in our Smartsheet database;
  • Improve processes as you see fit to increase efficiency and streamline communication.
Desired Qualifications:
While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes. If you're unsure whether you meet enough of the qualifications below but believe that your experience and skill set is a good match for this position, we invite you to apply!
  • Minimum 2-4 years of project management experience in the construction or energy industry;

  • The ability to create and manage a schedule and budget to required margins;
  • Smartsheet experience preferred;
  • Problem solving, critical thinking, and great communication skills.
