Responsibilities:

  • The position entails comprehensive oversight of property management and leasing, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and operational efficiency within the properties.
  • Key responsibilities include engaging prospective residents by assessing their housing needs and eligibility, conducting detailed interviews, showcasing available units and amenities, and providing transparent rental rate information during the leasing process.
  • Administratively, the role involves meticulous oversight of applicant screening processes, maintaining records in adherence to housing programs and regulations, and utilizing property management software for efficient data management.
  • Additionally, the position includes overseeing apartment readiness for occupancy through inspections and final preparations, managing lease records, handling paperwork during lease signings, and staying updated on marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • The approach centers on professionalism, adherence to industry standards, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of property management and leasing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with prospective and current residents, negotiating leases, and maintaining professional correspondence.
  • A focus on providing excellent customer service to residents is essential. This includes addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Pay: $75,649.09 - $91,975.25 per year
