The Dental Bilingual Patient Access Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and have experience working in a healthcare or dental office environment.
New Horizons Healthcare is seeking a Registered nurse (RN) who provides and coordinate patient care, educates patients and the public about various health conditions, and provides advice and emotional support to patients and their families. RN is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments.
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
Translate for patients who are not fluent in English.
Provide information to patients about dental procedures and treatments.
Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Experience working in a healthcare or dental office environment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
