New Horizon Landscaping is Hiring a Landscape Crew Lead / Snow Removal (FT) Near Lincoln, NE
The Landscape Lead will execute landscape projects to completion including warranty repair if required. The job also included management of crew and installation of projects, meeting with your projects clients as needed as well as final walk through. Ensures that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by New Horizon Landscaping and New Horizon Landscaping customer regarding the provided design/architectural plan for both residential and commercial sites.

- 6 month minimum Experience - We will train the right person.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Some Equipment experience - Small engine or Medium duty (Skidsteer, MT, Dingo etc..)
- Ability to lift 60lbs.
- Ability to read and understand landscape architectural plans.
Responsibilities:
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Train, motivating, and coaching employees to provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance, and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Achieve business and profit objectives.
- Maintaining a clean truck and job site.
- Generating reports and presenting information to managers or other parties.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Pay:
- Compensation is commensurate with your experience and the knowledge and skills you bring to the position starts at $19-22 hourly.
