Job Description:
The Food Service Director will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the food service department. This includes inventory management, scheduling, cooking, and ordering food supplies. The Food Service Director will also be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen is always health inspection ready and that all staff members are properly trained and certified. Additionally, the Food Service Director will be responsible for building client relations and managing the department budget. This position requires the ability to work alone and manage staff, as well as the ability to pass a background check and the Food Certification Manager course.
