New Hope Village is Hiring a Program Coordinator-QIDP Near Carroll, IA
The Quality Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) is an integral member of the leadership team for New Hope's Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual Disabilities, (ICF/ID). The QIDP coordinates service design and supports for approximately 18 adults with intellectual or other developmental disabilities. The QIDP is responsible for the coordination of each person's total plan, within assigned caseloads, acts as the person's advocate and as liaison for the facility and person with the family and external funding agencies. The QIDP must possess strong organization and communication skills and be self-directed. Applicant must have a Bachelor's Degree in a human services field or be an RN and have at least 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities.
