The ICF Shift Supervisor (SS) is a newly designed position that will be responsible for supervising the staff who work in 2 ICF homes on the A Shift (10pm-6am) or C Shift (2-10 pm). The ICF Shift Supervisor will make rounds of the 2 homes on their caseload during their shift and address issues related to the care of individuals living on campus, as well as providing supervision and just-in-time training for that shift's staff as needed. The Shift Supervisor will be part of the on-call rotation, shared with 8 positions.
