Job Title: Site Manager
FLSA Status: Salaried Exempt
Position Summary: Manage all aspects of the home building process according to New Home Co. quality standards while adhering to budgets, maintaining the construction schedule, and achieving the desired level of customer satisfaction. The qualified candidate will have experience with Type V rated construction. They will also have basic knowledge of coordination of identifying and setting grade, carports, paving, street lighting, etc. The qualified candidate will ideally have experience with both single family and multi-family construction

Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $95,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on divisional and individual performance.
