New Holland Auto Group located on Route 23 in Lancaster County is in need of a Parts Counterperson for our busy parts department. Our dealership sells 7 brands in one location. Our brands include Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Isuzu Truck.
We have an immediate opening for this position
- Assist technicians & internal customers with their parts needs
- Assist with contacting customers to advise ordered parts have arrived
- Follow up on complete and incomplete orders
- Work daily to keep department neat and organized
- Able to work well with others and learn new tasks
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Highly Productive, Very Large, Clean Parts Department
