Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and healthcare providers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Duties:
- Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with on boarding and discharging patients
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with Clinic Intake operations
-Prepare office for our day-to-day operations
-Ordering office supplies
- Performing/closing and other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Proven experience in front desk support or customer service
-Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Prior experience working in a medical or behavioral health setting. Experience with Electronic Health records is a plus
-Excellent written, verbal and communication skills between patients, staff and health care providers
-Must be able to multi-task, manage high volume of phone calls and patient inquiries and pay attention to detail
-Familiarity with health care regulations, HIPPA laws and patient privacy is a plus.
-Must have the ability to adapt to changing work priorities
-Must be proficient in Microsoft office and have the ability to learn new software quickly
