New England Federal Credit Union is hiring for a Consumer Lending Assistant! This role focuses on managing reporting needs for the department by compiling data, reviewing for accuracy, and providing brief analysis of findings as needed. In addition, the Consumer Lending Assistant will be responsible for handling daily batch printing and mailing of loan documents, managing office supply ordering, and provide support for consumer lending email inboxes and Teams channels.

Specific duties include:

• Assists with compilation of customer files and other related routine support duties for the individual departments.
• Completes general filing and maintains inventory systems, supply orders, and performs necessary clerical duties relevant to the area.
• Scans loan documents and saves files in the appropriate computer systems.

Qualifications:

• Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• A high school degree or equivalent.
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy skills.
