Position Description:
The Branch Manager Level II is directly responsible for the efficient daily operation of all functions, including Member Relationship Development (MRD), performed at the Branch. This responsibility includes oversight that all Standard Operating Procedures are being followed, while providing a high level of member satisfaction. Administer branch functions the including daily operations, lending, product sales, member service, and security and safety in accordance with the credit union’s objectives as needed. This position is responsible for thorough and effective staff development strategies and initiatives and contributes to a motivational culture and a sense of community across the Branch.

Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
