The ACE Client Support Associate, under the ACE Executive Director's supervision, collaborates with the ACE Training and Implementation and ACE Help Desk teams.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide essential daily support services to ACE Users
• Collaborate with ACE Training and Implementation Specialists to facilitate effective training sessions for ACE clients, accommodating groups of up to 25 individuals, which may entail occasional overnight travel
• Assist ACE Help Desk Specialists in delivering prompt and comprehensive ACE User support via email, phone, and video chat
• Support ACE leadership in data entry and analysis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum (2) years experience providing direct services to individuals with autism and related disabilities using the principles of behavior analysis
• Interest in or prior experience with conducting large group presentations and training sessions
• Flexibility and availability for occasional overnight travel (approximately once per month)
• Proficient with technology and enthusiastic about adapting to new tools and platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
